3, Workflow
Loading
During single machine operation, the loading amount can be set according to one's own needs each time. Once the set amount is reached, the loading will automatically stop, and then enter the cycle drying according to the selected method and set temperature. Grains fall from the grain storage section to the drying area by their own weight during the drying cycle.
Drying
Hot air is sent into the drying section through fans to dry wet grains, and finally the waste gas is discharged from the dryer. Waste heat air recovery can also be optionally selected to improve heat utilization efficiency and save energy and reduce emissions. During the drying process, impurities can also be automatically removed by a dust collector.
Discharging
When the grain is dried to the set moisture level, the grain dryer automatically stops working and the dry grain is discharged through the discharge port.

It can achieve full process control and screen display of the operation process, with clear technical parameters such as hot air temperature, moisture monitoring, fault location, and operating status. The working modes include automatic, manual, timed drying, preset moisture drying, etc., which are easy to operate.
