ATEX Explosion Proof Electronic Oil Tank Truck Unloading Port Monitoring Valve Lock
Nowadays, the demand for monitoring oil tanks is increasing due to the widespread transportation of oil and rising oil prices. However, there was a lack of suitable locks that could pass the strict ATEX certification required by oil storage and transport environments.
Jointech recognized this need and became the first company to develop a lock that meets ATEX and IEC EX certification requirements. The development process took two years, and after several modifications, the JT802 valve lock was created.
The JT802 is a smart electronic lock designed for oil tanker valve security. It can intelligently control the outlet valve lock's open and close functions using various unlocking methods such as Bluetooth, remote Lora master, or a unique physical key. It has a 2-year battery life and can function independently or in conjunction with a master lock for controlling multiple valves simultaneously.
