Solutions to common problems of GPS locator
(1) Why the vehicle can still be started after the remote fuel and electricity cut off?
Answer: After the oil and electricity is cut off remotely, the positioner will cut off the oil and electricity only when the following conditions are met:
1. The wiring of the positioner is correct, follow the wiring diagram in the manual.
2. The locator is working normally, in a "stationary" or "driving" state, and the vehicle speed is lower than 20 kilometers per hour.
If the locator is offline, not positioned, or the vehicle speed is higher than 20 kilometers per hour, the locator will not cut off the oil and electricity even if the remote fuel and electricity cut is successful.
(2) Q: I want to be a distributor, can I group my customers? How to manage my users?
