Solutions to common problems of GPS locator

(1) Q: Why is the newly installed equipment displayed in other places?

Answer: 1. If the vehicle displays a "stationary" state on the platform after being installed, but it is displayed elsewhere on the map. This is because after the device is installed, the vehicle has been at a standstill. When the device is at a standstill, GPS data will not be transmitted to the server (for data saving considerations). This phenomenon is because the device has not yet transmitted the latest positioning data to the server, and the old positioning data is still displayed. So what you see is the old location data.

Solution: Please drive the vehicle out to an open area for a certain distance. When the vehicle is in motion, the latest positioning data will be uploaded to the server, and the accurate location can be seen. .

2. If the vehicle displays "offline" or "not online" status on the platform after it is installed. This is because the device has not been connected to the server, the GPS positioning data has not been uploaded to the server, and the old positioning data is seen.
(2) Why is the phone still showing offline after charging the phone bill?

Answer: 1. After re-payment, the operator will re-open the GPRS function of your SIM card within 24 hours. Please confirm whether GPRS has been restored first;

2. After confirming that GPRS has been activated, please restart the phone.

(3) Why the vehicle can still be started after the long-distance oil and electricity cut off?

Answer: After the oil and electricity is cut off remotely, the positioner will cut off the oil and electricity only when the following conditions are met:

1. The wiring of the positioner is correct, follow the wiring diagram in the manual.

2. The locator is working normally, in a "stationary" or "driving" state, and the vehicle speed is lower than 20 kilometers per hour.

If the locator is offline, not positioned, or the vehicle speed is higher than 20 kilometers per hour, the locator will not cut off the oil and electricity even if the remote fuel and electricity cut is successful.
