1 Speed Limiter GPS Product Specifications

    Vehicle speed limiter CA100F is an intelligent terminal equipment which can realize precise speed limiting for vehicles. It is not only a speed limiter but also a GPS Tracker.Speed control precision is very high and the performance is reliable. It will not affect the big throttle start nor the power torque, stable and reliable. It only limits the maximum speed and the vehicle will not stall during speed limiting, and ensure the throttle pedal free movement in the right speed range.

2.Speed Limiter GPS Attention

• Make sure to read this manual carefully before using this product.
• Please insert the SIM card before installing, and make sure the SIM card has no password, otherwise the speed limiter will not work normally.
• Please make sure that all the cables of the speed limiter has been connected rightly, and then connect the speed limiter to host power. Must not install or take down the speed limiter when it is power on. If you found any troubles or omissions about the connections of cables, please cut off power first,otherwise you will easily damage the speed limiter.
• The speed limiter works in wireless communications, so please cut off the host power before your vehicles entering fuel depot and dangerous material place
• The host of GPS speed limiter is a low-power wireless transmitter and receiver. It receives and sends radio frequency signal when it is working.
• To avoid electromagnetic interference or uncompatible configuration, please stop using your speed limiter in the noticed place.

3. Speed Limiter Requirement

1. The speed limiter function or road speed limiter shall not interfere with the brake system of the vehicle;
2. Speed limiter devices shall be so constructed that the vehicle may not be accelerated by the operation of the acceleration devices, such as the accelerator pedal, when the vehicle is running at its set speed.
3. The speed limiting function shall be performed progressively in such a mariner that excessive juddering or discomfort is not caused;
4. Road speed limiting device shall have a users and technical's manual, both written in English/Amharic.
5. All speed limiter device system shall able to be checked for accuracy and functionality.
6. When the vehicle, running at its set speed and with the driver's accelerator at its position of maximum travel, is subject to an accelerating force due to a down gradient,the limiter shall control speed by restricting the engine power to the limiter's minimum
   engine power control setting.

• How to connect the relay?

          Answer:Relay have 4 lines:87A and 30PIN are respectively connected to the two ends of the cut oil pump line;86 connects 12V or 24V power line in series;85PIN connects to the white line of the GPS speed limiter.Note: Control the speed of the speed limiter with above way, the delay of the speed limit will be relatively large. For example, if the speed limit is set to 40km/h, the car can also run up to 50km/h during acceleration. So, find the car pulse speed line and calibrate the pulse speed, the delay will be much smaller.For vehicles with mechanical throttle, if want to limit the speed without delay, need connect a solenoid valve and use a relay to control the solenoid valve to achieve the purpose of real-time speed limit.
