The speed limiter device systems shall be "failsafe" in such a way that if the plug/s to the electronic controller is/are removed, power is disconnected or if the speed signal and/or wire is disconnected the vehicle shall automatically, default to a limp mode or the engine shall stall or return to idle or, at least, and thus shall not be able to be driven in excess of thirty kilometers per hour. For the purpose of anti-tampering of the setting of the "set speed" of a speed limiter device, the connection points on a speed limiter device for adjustment of "set speed" shall be properly sealed and protected from unauthorized adjustment.
The actuation force of the controls should not have a detrimental effect on the driver's efficiency or impose fatigue on the driver;
The speed limiter function or road speed limiter shall be EMCcompatible or shall have Anti-Jammer mechanism

Geo-fence: Set up a geo-fence for the unit to restrict its movements within a district. The unit will send the message to all authorized numbers when it breaches the district
Remote Monitoring: In anywhere and anytime, call the phone number in the unit, when it connects, you can monitor the sound around 5 meter.
Movement Alert: Send SMS to the unit to start the movement alert function. When the vehicle is moving, the unit will send the movement alert to all authorized numbers.
