Description Of SFP 850nm
This SFP 850nm is an optical transceiver that uses an 850nm wavelength laser to transmit data at a rate of 10Gbps over a multi-mode fiber optic cable, maximum links up to 400m over OM4 MMF (300m over OM3 MMF) via an LC duplex connector.
This SFP 850nm is compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432, IEEE 802.3-2012 10GBASE-SR/SW and 10G Fibre Channel.Digital diagnostics functions are available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472.
This SFP 850nm is commonly used in short-range applications, such as within a data center or between adjacent buildings.
This SFP 850nm optical transceiver is factory pre-programmed with all the necessary configuration data for seamless network integration and perform identically to genuine Juniper EX-SFP-10GE-SR transceivers, with excellent interoperation on Juniper network equipment.
