Applications:
This double heads double sides heavy duty calibration sander is designed for plywood, particle board, MDF board and solid wooden board calibration. It can sand two sides of the board every time the board passes through the sanding machine. This machine has big motor power and reliable steel contact rollers. It is very easy to remove large volume of material to make the panel be flat enough but not smooth enough. So it is only used for rough sanding with rough sandpaper. (36-120 grit sandpaper can be used in this powerful two-side calibration sander.)

• The lifting system to adjust the working thickness is composed of motor, V-belt, chain, lifting legs, fine adjustment hand grip, and contact head adjustment device, which can be easy controlled by touch screen panel. It is also convenient to maintain.
