1, Material characteristics

Nano scale pores: Ceramic membranes typically have a nano scale pore structure. These tiny pores allow gas molecules to pass through while preventing the permeation of liquid water molecules. When water vapor attempts to condense on the membrane surface, the nano porous structure can promote rapid diffusion of water vapor, avoiding the accumulation of water vapor and the formation of fog.

Uniformity: High quality ceramic films have a uniform microstructure. This uniformity ensures that the physical and chemical properties of the membrane surface are consistent, reducing the possibility of localized fogging.

3, Surface treatment

This type of coating typically contains hydrophilic or hydrophobic substances that can alter the interaction between the membrane surface and water vapor, preventing the formation of fog. Surface activation: Through surface activation treatment, the chemical properties of the ceramic film surface can be changed, improving its anti fog performance.
