Introduction of Rotary Vacuum Dryer
Rotary dryer is also known as rotary drum dryer or drum drying equipment, mining equipment is one of the most common and widely used in the dryer equipment. suitable for ore magnetic, floating concentrate and clay cement industry and coal industry of coal slurry, etc.
The main structure of this series of dryers is as shown in the diagram, and the rotary cylinder is flanged or directly welded. It is supported by the two-speed supporting wheel supporting device and drives the simplified rotation through the transmission gear. The cylinder is installed with an angle, and the material is in contact with the hot flue gas during the process of turning and moving forward in the rotating cylinder to achieve the purpose of drying. This machine is equipped with feeding and discharging devices. There are fish scale sealing sheets between the feeding and discharging devices and the cylinder to prevent the material from overflowing.
