A: Customer can purchase by Alibaba credict order so that protect the benefit.
B: We will send customer all side clear photos of finished statue to approve the quality and craftmanship.
C: We will do very strong wooden crates packing and inside with foam,pearl wool and blanket wrapping.
Q3.What's your packing type and material?
A: We usually pack the statue by wooden crates meet export standard. The wooden box need to do fumigation in the seaport.
B: We also have free fumigation plywood packing material for statues.
C: If customer have a special requirement about safety we recommend usidng wooden packing and outside iron frames for double protection.
Q4. What's your payment terms?
A: By T/T, 40% Advance payment and 60% payment before shipping after customer approved products.
Q5. What's your delivery terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP
Q6. What's your shipping port?
A: Our shipping port is Tianjin Port we also can send the products to your designated place.
Q7. What's your delivery date?
A: Usually about 25-45 days since receiving your advance payment. The exact delivery date dependen on products and quantity etc.
Q8. Can you custom from a picture or a sample?
A: Yes we can custom any sculpture from your designs. When we got your picture or sample we will start a full scale clay model and send processing photos to customer for suggestions and keep communication with customer to make perfect jobs until finished the final sculptures.
Q9. What's your min order and do you accept sample order?
A: The min order can be one piece and we accept the sample order.
Q10. Can you issue the certificate of origin?
A: Yes we can issue the certificte or origin including Form A, Form B, Form E, Form F, Form and Form R
