FEATURES
1. The measurement and control system adopts high-precision digital servo valve with force closed-loop control function, which can load at the rate of equal load, or load at the same stress rate, with high control precision and good reliability.
2. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic oil in the fuel tank drives the high-pressure pump to enter the oil passage through the motor, and flows through the check valve, high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group and servo valve to enter the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the oil flow into the cylinder to achieve constant-speed test force control.
3. Force measuring system: It adopts high-precision amplifier and A/D converter. It can display the load, peak value, loading speed and intensity in real time without dividing the file. The PID closed-loop control strategy is used to achieve constant speed loading, and the loading curve is displayed in real time. Automatic interval timing and continuous testing. Query experimental results or print test results more flexible and convenient
4. Safety protection device: When the test force exceeds 3% of the maximum test force, the overload protection and the oil pump motor stop. When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the limit is protected and the pump motor is stopped.
