Lab Testing Equipment Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter
In the calorimetric system of the calorimeter, in addition to the heat absorbed by the water, the oxygen bomb, the inner cylinder, the thermometer and the agitator absorb heat, and the absorption conditions are different. Various factors are complicated, and it is impossible to rely on simple mathematics. Calculated, only the reference value of known calorific value, such as benzoic acid, can be used to actually calibrate the heat absorbed by the calorimeter system for every 1 °C increase, that is, the heat capacity of the calorimeter.
Scope of application:
The automatic calorimeter is mainly used for the determination of calorific value of combustibles in thermal detection institutions and coal standard analysis, and is widely used in various industries such as coal detection, petroleum, chemical, wood, scientific research, food and so on.
Features:
1. The embedded system is composed of intelligent MCU with simple structure, reliable performance and strong anti-interference ability. Imported high-precision components are used to realize high-precision temperature measurement. With the complete and unique water injection and drainage system and calorimetric system, the thermal capacity of the system can be automatically calibrated, and the measurement accuracy can be greatly improved by the well-designed calculation program.
2. It adopts color touch screen display, full Chinese display and good user interface. Automatic control of measurement process. Print the analysis base cartridge, analysis base high position, dry base high position, analysis base low position, and receive the low base calorific value. The results are clear.
3. With the unique tracking and correction technology, the requirements of the instrument on the environment are relatively loose, which not only improves the accuracy of the test, but also ensures the stability of long-term operation.
4. The inner cylinder adopts the electric stirring of flaky paddles and the fusible ignition mode of cotton thread, which has high reliability and convenient operation.
5. The time temperature curve is drawn in the experimental process, which is helpful to observe the experimental process.
6. The operation is fully automatic. All the manual work is weighing, loading and oxygen filling. The instrument automatically completes the work of quantitative water injection, automatic mixing, ignition, output of printing results, drainage, etc.
7. Single pump displacement type water injection and drainage can eliminate the problem that the drainage pump of the original double pump type is easy to block, and the water injection time is not adjusted from then on.
