But how does it operate? Upon entry, a built-in presence detector activates the system automatically. Once all occupants have departed, the system shuts down after fully ventilating the silentbox, ensuring efficient operation and energy conservation.
Our custom-designed soundproof solution, meticulously crafted and tested by Silentbox engineers, replaces conventional ventilators in all air circulation channels, ensuring exceptional performance and peace of mind.
Lighting
Experience optimal illumination with our thoughtfully designed LED work lights. Utilizing energy-efficient LED technology, these lights are complemented by smart automation and presence detectors, ensuring both energy efficiency and user convenience.
The energy-efficient LED strips and spotlights deliver natural light that meets the highest standards, while the presence detector regulates the LED lights, optimizing energy usage.
Electrical Connections
Every Silentbox office pod is equipped with electrical sockets to charge various devices, including USB-enabled devices when specified. These connections are seamlessly integrated during production, with power supply readiness incorporated into both the ceiling and floor elements of all Silentbox meeting pods.

Soundproof Pods

S size Phone Booth – designed for phone calls, video conferences or short working sessions. Inside space of 100 x 100 cm is larger than in most phone booths available on the market and allows to use ergonomic chair inside for extra comfort. Phone Booth modules are equipped as standard with power and media solutions and a height regulated desktop to switch for sitting or standing position.
L size Meeting Pod – designed to host meetings of 4 or 6 people. Meeting pods are equipped as standard with power and media solutions and can additionally fitted with TV units or monitors for comfortable presentations and video conferences.
Every size Focus Room – designed for working sessions which require concentration. A large glass wall helps to get daylight into the booth and upholstered wall panels ensure perfect sound proofing to make focused work sessions as comfortable as possible. Large space inside can be fitted with height adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs for extra comfort.
