4. Description of Main Components
4.1. Batching
Raw materials' batching is one of the department of a flint glass factory, which proportionate raw materials by elevating, dosing/weighing and mixing facilities.
The department is supplied by electronic scales with various ranges in accordance with the required quantities.
4.2. Furnace
The melting tank is the key part of Flint Bottle Production Line. The choice of refractory materials for the various parts of the furnace takes full consideration of the good glass liquid, low energy consumption and the need to obtain a long furnace service life.
4.3. Heating Energy
