UPVC SLIDING WINDOW

Vinyl windows and doors were introduced in 1980’s from west Europe. Vinyl profile materials are produced via adding modifier, anti-UV absorbent and flame retardant into UPVC and extruding the plastic. The profile is made with multi-cavity structure and has good performance of energy-saving, acoustic insulation; heat preservation and corrosion resistance, has good ornament effect. The vinyl profile materials are all reinforced with lined steel, so the windows are often called Vinyl-steel windows.

1.Cutting: The production process begins with cutting the window frames to the required dimensions. This is typically done using specialized cutting machines that ensure precise and accurate cuts.

2.Adding steel scale: In order to enhance the strength and durability of the window frames, a steel scale is added. This is done by carefully measuring and aligning the steel scale with the frame and securely attaching it using specialized techniques.

3.Drilling: Next, the necessary holes and openings are drilled into the window frames. These holes are crucial for the installation of hardware components such as hinges, locks, and handles.

4.Welding: Once the cutting, steel scaling, and drilling are complete, the window frames move on to the welding stage. Skilled welders use advanced welding techniques to join the frame components together, ensuring a strong and seamless connection.

5.Corner cleaning: After welding, the corners of the window frames are cleaned to achieve a smooth and polished finish. This involves removing any excess welding material, smoothing out rough edges, and ensuring a clean appearance.

6.Assembling: Once the frames have been cut, steel scaled, drilled, welded, and cleaned, the final step is the assembly process. Here, the various components of the window, such as glass panes, weatherstripping, and hardware, are carefully fitted and installed into the frames. Throughout the entire production process, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the windows meet the required standards. Inspections, testing, and adjustments are carried out to guarantee that the final products are of the utmost quality and functionality.
