Strict quality control with QC control:
1. IQC test for raw material;
2. QC testing one by one,
3. FQC testing by ramdom selection on production line to evaluate product's quality;
4. Leak testing for half-finished product;
5. QC testing one by one for finished product after assembling
6. Leak testing for finished product;
7. Final QA ramdom testing

We need your printing design in CDR or AI format to do sample for your confirmation.

We can make new molds for new bottles,new caps and new tips according to your request.
A: Normally the lead time is about 3-5 days for stock items after payment receipt.
For new design bottle the lead time need to be estimated accroding to the design and order quantity.
A: For small quantity order, we courier to you by courier company, such as DHL,Fedex,UPS,TNT,EMS etc.
For larger quantity orders we can ship by air shipment or LCL shipment by sea.
A: We do leak test and other necessary tests for mass production before shipment;
Also if there is any damaged bottle during shipping we can replace the goods 1 by 1 upon you provide exact photos and quantity.
