Usage and instructions of silica gel
Silicone cake mold is a mold made of food-grade silicone raw materials, belonging to a category of silicone products. It is mainly used in kitchen products and can be used to make cakes, pizza, bread, mousse, jelly, prepared food, chocolate, pudding, fruit pie, etc.
In the process of using silica gel cake mould, we need to pay attention to the following issues:
1. Wash with hot water (diluted edible detergent) or put into the dishwasher for the first time and after each use. Do not use abrasive detergent or foam for cleaning. Make sure that the silicone cake mold is completely dried before each use and storage.
2. When baking, the silica gel cake mold should be separately opened on the flat baking tray. Do not let the mold dry bake, for example, a six-piece mold, you only have three molds full, and the other three molds must be filled with clear water. Otherwise, the mold will burn out and its service life will be reduced. In order to achieve the best baking effect, a small amount of anti-sticking baking pan oil can be lightly sprayed on the surface of the silica gel cup before baking.
3. When baking is completed, please remove the whole baking pan from the oven and place the baked products on the rack to be cooled until it is completely cooled.
4. Silicone cake molds can only be used in ovens, ovens and microwave ovens. They must not be used directly on gas or electricity, or directly above the heating plate or below the barbecue device.
5. Do not use knives or other sharp instruments on the silicone cake mold. Do not press, pull or force each other.
6. Silicone cake mold (due to static electricity), it is easy to absorb dust. When not in use for a long time, it is best to put it in a paper box in a cool place.
7. Do not rinse with cold water immediately after leaving the oven to prolong the service life!
