The Glass Storage Containers are 100% BPA Free, and made out of high-borosilicate glass for easy heating and durability. non-porous glass,100% Free of Harmful Chemicals. (BPA free lids, specially designed snap down, no leak lids are completely air and liquid proof.)
Each glass block is made from borosilicate glass, making it oven safe, as well as dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe. The tempered glass containers are also resistant to thermal shock.
They can handle sudden temperature changes of more than 200°F (95°C) without breakage. Go from freezer to oven and stay shatter-proof. CAUTION! Do not put plastic lids in the oven, microwave, dishwasher!

I would definitely get these again. I wait to use for a bit before I reviewed. Very sturdy and leak proof. The lids should be washed with warm soapy water sooner to remove food smells that are stronger. (Stored curry! ) ----Lisa

I did receive one that was shattered and contacted the seller - they were out of stock of the piece that was broken so they offered me a partial refund. Timely response and an adequate resolution.
