Soap Packaging Box Purchase Order Details:
| Minimum order quantity (MOQ): | Since the machine setup cost for the Soap packaging box is usually high, 100-200USD. Also, about 200USD will be normally charged by the shipping company for the port related fees. Therefore, it isn't worthy for you to import the boxes from us if your order quantity is too small, because the final cost for a small order will be very high. Therefore, our minimum order quantity will be 5000 pieces if you would like to place an order. |
| Production turn-around time: | We owns 5 sets of Germany Heidelberg printing press to print the Soap packaging box beautifully. We owns 2 sets of automatic gluing machines to glue the paper box in very high efficiency. So, we usually needs about 10-15 business days to finish the mass production. |
| Sample making: | The customized sample production will take about 5-7 business days. The sample fee wil be around 100-200USD. The sample fee can be refunded when the mass production is confirmed. |

Printing and Finishing:
CMYK full color and pantone color litho offset printing are used for the paper rigid box. In our facility, we have the powerful Heidelberg and ManRoland printing press to reproduce the most fine images and colors on the box wrapping liner. Also, it is important to add some special surface finishing like hot stamping, Goil/silver foiling, logo embossing to make your paper box eye appealing, which is realy helpful for increasing the sales volume and better brand recognition. 1. Question: How long time for 5000pcs paper box?
Answer: Our lead time is about 10-15 business days after prepayment confirmed. Also, it depends on quantity. We can produce 100,000pcs-150,000 pcs / Week.
2. Question: How could you assure the quality of the printing and the packaging?
Answer: The sample box is the key point. Frist, we will make the sample to let you check and confirm. After you confirm the sample, we will start the mass production and everything will be based on the sample. If you have your own sample, you can send to us and we can match everything to the sample. For the accurate color matching, we also need your sample to better match the color.
3. Question: Could you create the design artwork for us?
Answer: Usually we supply our clients the free dieline templates for them to put their artwork on it. In terms of the design, our main business now is about the printing and packaging solution. Our designer can help your finished the design but it is better that you have your own designer to create the artwork for you.
