 BULE COLOR PREPAINTED GALVANIZED STEEL COIL PPGI

Bule prepainted galvanized coil uses hot-dip galvanized steel strip as the base material. In addition to the protection of the zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting, preventing from rusting, and its service life is longer than that of galvanized steel. Service life is longer than that of galvanized steel coil , about 1.5 times longer.
Bule prepainted galvanized coil has good durability, heat resistance, heat reflectivity, and welding performance, and is widely used in advertising industry, construction industry, home appliance industry, electrical appliance industry, furniture industry and transportation industry.

Coating Types of Prepainted Coils
1. PE
Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and exterior durability, moderate chemical resistance, low cost.
2. SMP
The coating film has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and chalking resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility, and medium cost.
3. HDP
Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, good film adhesion, rich colors, excellent cost performance.
4. PVDF
Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited color, high cost.
