MIRROR STAINLESS STEEL PLATE PASTED WITH PROTECTIVE FILMThe stainless steel mirror panel is a stainless steel plate with mirror luster after the surface of the stainless steel raw material is flat after grinding and polishing. It is mainly used in building decoration, elevator decoration, industrial decoration, facility decoration and other decoration projects.
After stainless steel raw materials are processed into stainless steel plates, a layer of film, namely PE protective film, needs to be pasted on the surface. First, the film is to protect the board surface from abrasion during storage, transportation or secondary processing; The second is to prevent it from rusting.
As for the selection of PE protective film on the surface of stainless steel plate, there are also some points needing attention:
First, the commonly used film on stainless steel surface is black and white film with glue, blue film or transparent film.
Second, the film thickness is generally between 5 and 10 wires.
Third, the viscosity of the membrane is also different. It is selected according to the smoothness of the stainless steel plate and the difference of weather temperature.
The smoother the surface, the lower the viscosity of the required film. For example, the viscosity of the protective film required for the mirror panel is low. High viscosity is required for stainless steel wire drawing plate.
