With Galvanized and Galvalume (Aluzinc) as the substrate, after surface pre-treatment, paint coating, baking and cooling, an organic protective film is formed on the steel substrate. It has strong durability, corrosion resistance, decoration.
 
Prepainted steel sheet can be used in advanced forming operations such as roll forming, bending and deep drawing. It can be worked by cutting, roll forming, bending, folding and so on.

The density of 55% aluminum is smaller than the density of zinc. When the weight is the same and the thickness of the plating layer is the same, the area of the galvalume steel sheet is 3% or larger than that of the galvanized steel sheet.
 
Color coated steel sheet is made by chemical pretreatment, preliminary coating and fine coating, the quality of the coating is more even, stable and ideal than single spraying or brushing on the surface of formed metal.
