product introduction
The continuous casting machine is mainly composed of tundish, mold, swing mechanism, dummy bar, secondary cooling section, drawing and straightening device, hydraulic cutting torch cutter, cross transition zone, walking beam cooling bed, etc. the square billet continuous casting machine can also be used to quickly transport the hot-rolled square billet to the rolling mill.
During the production of steel products in the steelmaking plant, the refined steel in the ladle is transported to the turntable. After the ladle rotary table rotates to the casting position, the molten steel is injected into the tundish and distributed to the copper crystallization tube of each die assembly through the tundish nozzle.
Copper pipe is one of the core equipment of continuous casting machine. It makes high-temperature liquid steel solidify and crystallize rapidly to form steel castings. After electromagnetic induction stirring, the molten steel in the copper mold is cooled and formed, and then the casting is pulled out, and then the slab is divided into a predetermined length by flame cutting machine.
