2, turn on the power switch, select a certain temperature and speed, take a few presses to test welding, because of the ambient temperature, the thickness of the material is not the same, the welding selection temperature of the same material is different, in the case of the speed (about 2m/min) unchanged, the selection temperature from low to high temperature (about 250° C-350 °C) slowly adjusted to determine the best welding effect.

3, the judgment of welding temperature, the transparent PE material, can be directly observed, the solder mark is flat and transparent glass, the surface speed and temperature are suitable, the solder mark is seriously broken, indicating that the temperature is too high or the speed is slow, such as the solder mark is opaque and white, indicating that the temperature is low or the speed is fast, for the opaque material, observe whether there are obvious welding marks. It can also be used for tensile testing after all cooling

4. Trim the edge of the material to be welded straight, face forward, overlap the left bottom and right top.

5, after determining the temperature and speed, the material to be welded is inserted between the two presses, so that the fuselage is parallel to the edge of the mother village, and the press rod handle can be welded by itself, under normal circumstances, the operator only needs to observe whether the welding mark is deviated from the edge of the base material, and correct it in a small range in time.

6, when the material is welded to the end, the press rod handle is pressed down in time, so that the upper and lower press wheels are in a separate state. Lest the time is too long, burn the rubber wheel.

7, due to the reason of thermal inertia, if the temperature is too high or too low during the welding process, the speed can be adjusted in a small range to make up for the temperature deviation.
