→ Machine Performance Characteristics:
The machine is all-steel welding mechanism, hydraulic transmission, vibration to eliminate stress, the machine strength is high, good rigidity. The hydraulic pendulum shears do downward shear movement by using the main oil cylinder (fixed on the wall panel), and the nitrogen cylinder returns, so the hydraulic system is simplified and the operation is more stable. The upper tool rest of the pendulum shearing machine swings around a fixed axis in the shearing process, through the lever action, the fulcrum force is small, which can improve the life of the cutting edge and the machine life, the whole machine is compact, and can adjust the stroke of the upper tool rest without pole, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
