Product Introduction:
Diesel generator set consists of engine, generator and control system, so it is called generator set.
Diesel generator set is a kind of power supply equipment that uses diesel engine as the main motor and tows synchronous generator to generate electricity. It is a kind of power generation device with quick start, convenient operation and maintenance, low investment and strong adaptability to the environment.
Diesel generator set is a kind of power generation equipment with diesel as the main fuel, and the diesel engine is used as the driving force to drive the generator (that is, the electric ball) to generate electricity, and the kinetic energy is converted into electrical energy and heat -energy. The whole set of diesel generator sets is mainly divided into three parts:
1. Diesel engine.
2. Generator (i.e. electric ball).
3. Controller.

According to the different needs of different places, we divide the generator set into fixed and mobile trailers, to reduce the noise emitted by the generator set, reduce the impact on people's work and life, which prompts the designers to design a generator set with design a silent box, that is, install a metal box outside the generator set, and attach sound-absorbing materials inside, to protect the generator set in the environment, and set doors on both sides of the box, so that people to facilitate maintenance and control of the generator set. The silent box not only reduces the noise emitted by the generator set, but also can be placed outside, the box is like a room, sun protection, rainproof, so that people do not have a place to put the machine room not to do. Diesel generator sets are divided into general use generator sets and standby generator sets, and the power is divided into general power and standby power accordingly. The standard common power of each generator set is usually 80% of the standby power. According to different needs, usually use the national grid, if you need it due to power failure, please use backup diesel generator sets; If you need to run for a long time, please choose the general diesel generator set, if you maintain regularly, the common diesel generator set can run for more than 300 days a year. The relationship between common power and standby power is: for example, if the user needs a 100KW diesel generator set, the common power of an extra 100KW diesel generator set is 100KW * 80% = 80KW. That is, the general power of an extra 100KW diesel generator set is 80KW. If the diesel generator set is equipped with a silent box, the power of the generator set will decrease, usually by about 10%. Therefore, when the user buys a diesel generator set, the power drop of the silent box should be considered.
