SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER APPLICATION

SJ series single-screw plastic extruder is for plastic extruder molding equipment,
change different type dies (female and male) and match assistant machine, can process
soft, hard polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene and etc raw material to pipe, stick, blowing film draw line, blowing bottle and wrap wire, cable, insulation. This machine is
special for PE, PP high-speed extruder, suitable for high-speed extruding pipe, sheet and

SINGLE SCREW EXTRUDER STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE

Extruder is mainly composed of screw, barrel, feeding stand, transmission system, heating and cooling system, die connection, electric control cabinet etc.

1) Screw

This is the key part of conveying and plasticization the material, because of its rotating, push through plastic forward, to realize the good result of compressing, melting and compounding. There are different zones grouped by different function, to realize better result of transmission, compressing, compounding and plasticization. And this screw adopts effective compounding elements so its improve plasticization ability; plasticization effect good and output is high. Screw material is 38CrMoAlA, by finishing machining nitrifies burnish, has many characters such as anticorrosion, hardwearing, and long life. This screw can rotate at a high speed, adopt special structure, make sure the polyolefin material can melt totally under the low temperature and low melt pressure, and make sure the product quality, big output, and also save energy.

2) Barrel

The barrel is partnership part with screw, made by nitrite steel, inside hole has nitride, so as to reach highly hardness, anticorrosion, hardwearing, The outside of barrel is equipped with 5 sets of electric heater, and heat is transferred to the plastic through barrel, make plastic fusion plasticization. There are 7 thermoscope on heater barrel; they can auto-control within plastic process temperature range. There is wind circulate cooling at barrel7 zones heating, it can accelerate barrel cooling and improve veracity of control temperature.

3) Feeding stand

There is a feeding stand between barrel and gearbox, not only connect hopper, but also equip water circulation tank inside, make sure cooling water is expedite and material haven’t be heated and soft, make material enter into screw smoothly, especially the part connecting material, and be made feeding groove, improve screw’s full coefficient, and make sure the big output demand.

4) Transmission system

Transmission system is under select technics condition, screw even rotating as obligatory torque, to complete screw convey and plasticization the material. By way of suit for produce requirement of different specs plastic product, screw should have different rotate speed. This machine adopt Z4 DC motor through connect equipment directly drive gearbox, and adopt EUROTHERN DC speed regulator realize wireless timing, make screw rotary speed within timing range smoothly stepless timing, crew rotary speed can be directly read by rotary speed list which on control panel, also can be directly read on speed regulator.

5) Reducer

This equipment adopt highly strength hard tooth surface gearbox, due to compact structure, small center distance, cannot equip big model axletree, neck of transmission shaft is thin, so require when install connect equipment, must assure to level, to reduce effect of additional bending moment to axletree, and reduce use life. When the machine running, Make sure there is enough oil in the reducer, and check the oil level regularly. Lubricating oil is N150# middle charge industrial gear oil or other the same viscousness Lubricating oil. During normally running, if oil pump appear noise heighten, commonly maybe oil pipe have big resistance. At this time please wash filter and other correlation part.

6) Cooling and heating system

Along with screw rotary speed, extrusion pressure, outside heating and temperature change of extruder around medium, material temperature will accordingly change which in barrel, for plastic raw material extrusion within temperature range under produce techniques required, setup heating and cooling system. This equipment heating-by-heating ring, through barrel to plastic, cooling adopts fan blower cooling, auto-control heating and cooling.

7) Die connect

It is connect die and barrel, heating ring to heat, in case cooling melting plastic.
