1.The equipment mainly drives the hydraulic pump with a hand rocker rod, put the battery into the mold, drives the hand rocker rod, automatically closes the upper and lower dies, forms the battery seal.It applies to the production of the coin cell battery with samples developed by the laboratory battery materials. Capacitor scientific research seal, can also be used in the factory small batch trial production. Different molds can also be used in dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, nickel foam pressing, pressing forming, riveting and so on.2. The lower die adopts high-precision positioning ring limit to control the height of battery packaging, so as to avoid the damage of sealing cup caused by excessive packaging pressure
3. The standard configuration sealing die can be used for the sealing of CR2016,CR2025,CR2032 series of button batteries with diameter 20mm, and other diameter button batteries (such as CR2450,CR1620, etc.) can be sealed after replacement of die fittings. Optional disassembly mould can be used to completely disassemble positive and negative electrode battery case after sealing of button battery. It is convenient to study and analyze the sample uptake of the inner material of the battery.
4. The inner ring of die seal cup is equipped with spring force support pillar mechanism to ensure that the button battery can be forcefully ejected by twisting the top screw in case the battery can not be removed when the battery is sealed.
5. The built-in safety overflow oil valve can adjust the pressure according to the need and set the upper limit of the pressure so as to prevent the damage caused by the excessive pressure caused by the misoperation so as to ensure the safety of the use of the machine.
6. In-line pressure gauge, it is possible to observe and accurately control the sealing pressure
7. By hand driving, the pressure is up to 8T, the battery seal has no vibration.
