Gear shape: Present the shape of a helical gear with a hard tooth surface. The tooth surface is smooth and glossy, treated with a carburizing-grinding process. The teeth are distributed in a spiral oblique shape, and this helical tooth design can increase the coincidence of gear meshing, which makes the transmission more stable and the bearing capacity stronger than that of the straight teeth, and effectively reduces the impact and noise during the transmission process. At the same time, the characteristics of the hard tooth surface make the gear have high hardness, rigidity, toughness and wear resistance, and can adapt to the long-term and high-intensity working environment of the planetary reducer.
