Gring gear Features:

4. Increase gear strength: Gear grinding can improve the strength and durability of gears. By removing any surface imperfections or irregularities, grinding improves the gear's load-carrying capacity and fatigue resistance.
Processing features:
1. Shape grinding: Gear grinding usually involves shape grinding, in which the shape of the grinding wheel matches the tooth profile of the gear. Grinding wheels remove material from gear teeth in a controlled manner to achieve the desired tooth shape and size.
2. Continuous grinding: In continuous grinding, the gear and grinding wheel mesh together while rotating in opposite directions. This process is commonly used for cylindrical gears and involves the gradual creation of the entire tooth profile.
3. Reishauer method: The Reishauer method is a method widely used in gear grinding. It uses a threaded grinding wheel to mesh with the gear being ground. When the grinding wheel is fed axially, the gear and grinding wheel rotate to remove material and form the gear tooth profile.
4. Dressing and Dressing: Grinding wheels used for gear grinding require regular dressing and dressing to maintain their shape and cutting efficiency. Dressing involves removing any debris or glazed material from the surface of the grinding wheel, while dressing ensures that the grinding wheel maintains its desired shape and profile.
5. Cooling and Lubrication: During the gear grinding process, cooling and lubrication are critical to preventing overheating and maintaining the integrity of the gear and grinding wheel. Coolant or grinding oil is used to dissipate heat and provide lubrication to ensure the grinding process runs smoothly and efficiently.
