Principle of Brushless DC Motor:

The brushless DC motor includes the motor body and the drive, and is a typical mechatronic product. The stator winding of the motor body is mostly made into a three-phase symmetrical star (or delta) connection. The magnetized permanent magnet is fixed on the rotor. In order to detect the position of the motor rotor, the brushless DC motor is equipped with a position sensor in the motor. The driver is composed of power electronics and integrated circuits. Its function is to accept the start, stop, and brake control signals from the outside world to control the start, stop, and brake of the motor; receive position sensor signals and forward and reverse signals to control the start, stop and brake of the motor. To control the on-off condition of the power tube to generate continuous torque; accept speed commands and speed feedback signals to control and adjust the speed; provide over-current, over-voltage and under-voltage protection and display, etc.
