How long will it take my mask to arrive?

-If you place order now, your mask will be sent out within 24 hours. About N95 masks: N95 mask can isolate smaller particles, and fit tighter to the face, it is not easy to leak air from the periphery, and the filtration efficiency of particulate matter can reach 95% under standard conditions.

The n95 mask is not a disposable mask. In this special case (resource shortage), it can be reused.

But there are conditions:

1. When n95 receives contamination such as saliva, blood, tears and other body fluids, it must be replaced

2. The user obviously feels that the breathing resistance is greater than before and must be replaced

3. Masks are damaged and must be replaced

4. It is recommended to replace it after using it 4 times. However, masks cannot be reused if people go to the hospital, come into contact with an infected person, or are suspected to be infected.

5 Layers Filter function:

1. The first layer: spunbond cloth, filter the dust of micron

2. The second layer: to filter industrial pollutants, automobile exhaust, second-hand smoke pollen allergies

3. The third layer: activated carbon cloth, benzene and a smaller function of filtering dust microns

4. The fourth layer: filter density, smaller material

5. The fifth layer: Spunbond cloth, filter out all kinds of harmful substances;

2 . How to use?

• Cup respirator in one hand with nosepiece at fingertips,allow headbands to hang freely below hand.
• Hold respirator under chin,with nose piece up
• Locate the upper strap across the crown of the head and the lower strap below the ears.
• Strap must not be twisted
• Using both hands,mould nose clip to the shape of the lower part of the nose to ensure a close fit and good seal.Pinching the nose clip using only one hand may result in less effective respirator peformance.
• The seal of the respirator on the face should be fit-checked before entering the workplace.
• If the user feels the bottom strap is too loose and it is not possible to achieve a satisfactory fit of the mask a knot can be tied in the strap.

This product has been tested according to the following European Standard:

• EN149: 2001 +A1: 2009. Respiratory protective devices. Filtering half masks to protect against particles. Requirements, testing, marking.It complies with European Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Category III.
• EU type examination certificate (module B) issued by BSI , notified body n°0086.The PPE is subject to the conformity assessment procedure based on internal production control plus supervised product checks at random intervals set out in Annex VII under surveillance of BSI , notified body n°0086.
