Which process is the pre-treatment of printed cotton gauze?
Bleaching treatment: The gauze is bleached. There are two types of bleached gauze: semi-bleaching and full-bleaching. Semi-bleached gauze is simply bleached gauze with hydrogen peroxide. This gauze does not contain fluorescent agents and is mostly used for mother and baby products. Fully bleached gauze requires the whiteness of the white surface of the gauze, and a whitening agent will be added during the bleaching process. Therefore, half-ticket cotton gauze is used for printing to achieve no fluorescent agent.
