The working principle of the suspended ceiling Electromagnetic FM200 fire extinguisher is mainly based on a combination of physical and chemical reactions to quickly extinguish a fire.
Physical reaction: When FM200 is released into the fire source area, its liquid form quickly transforms into a gas, and this gasification process absorbs a lot of heat. This results in a significant reduction in the temperature around the fire source, which reduces the burning temperature of the flame and effectively inhibits the spread of the flame.
Chemical reaction: FM200 fire extinguishing agent will decompose at high temperatures, producing some fluorine-containing free radicals, such as CF3, CF2, CF3CFO and CFO. These free radicals react with active free radicals in the combustion process (such as H, O, ·OH, HO2·, ·O2-, NO·, etc.) to produce inactive gases such as CO2, H2O, HF, etc. This chemical process interrupts the combustion chain reaction, thus achieving the purpose of extinguishing the fire.
In the actual fire extinguishing process, the ceiling electromagnetic FM200 fire extinguisher rapidly reduces the flame temperature and breaks the combustion chain reaction through the above physical and chemical reactions, so as to achieve the purpose of quickly extinguishing the fire.
