The push-pull pickling line

For the pickling of up to 1,000,000 tons of strip per year depending on the product mix, Push-Pull Pickling Lines offer significant advantages in terms of investment costs and operational flexibility (frequent change of strip dimensions and steel grades) with uniquely designed V-shape flat pickling tanks.

Process Flow

Main equipments according to processflow in turn are as follows:

Manually loading → entry skid→ coil loading trolley → pre-decoiling (floor roller) → decoiling scraper →3-roller pinch straightener → anti-bend roller → pay off reel → decoiling pinchroll → vertical guide roller → 5-roller pinch straightener → transverse shearer→ vertical guide roller → acid pickling trough → washing trough → edge blowingdevice → hot air dryer → accumulator pinch roll → pit type accumulator →vertical guide roller → pinch centering machine → circle shearer → waste edgerecoiler → 3-roller tension bridle roll → transverse shearer → vertical guideroller → exit pinch roll → recoiler (EPC) → coil unloading trolley → rear partpressure roller → exit skid → manually unloading

Continuous Acid Pickling Line

Our Continuous Pickling Lines feature a modular design, high pickling efficiency, economical operation and are integrated with the latest advanced technologies.The line can be also combined with a Galvanizing Line (CPGL – Continuous Pickling and Galvanizing Line).
