Usage:
It is mainly a new equipment designed by the company for the automatic Coating of the finished water in the 5 gallon bottle production line to keep the barrel clean and reduce wear. The gallon bottle can enter and exit the machine without the need for personnel to complete the automatic film, The packaging efficiency is high, mechanized operation reduces labor costs; the packaging speed can reach 600BPH to 2200BPH, which can save two to four workers and greatly reduce bag costs.. The frame part of the equipment is made of stainless steel square tube welded, stable and sturdy.
Features:
The film is sealed and cut with high-quality heating tube to the alloy cutter head. The temperature control table and the thermocouple maintain a certain constant temperature, so that the film just sticks, and the bag and the bag are cut off again. The film of the shoulder portion passes through another set of temperature control table. The thermocouple is controlled at a slightly lower temperature and the film is just stuck.
The operation panel adopts a touch screen, which is not only beautiful and elegant, but also convenient for setting various parameters. The sensors of this unit have proximity switches, photoelectric switches, and magnetic switches. Various sensors input the corresponding signals to the program controller (PLC), and then the PLC controls the corresponding actions according to the established program to ensure that the bagging machine performs automatic bagging in a stable and orderly manner.
