The cleaned bucket is turned 90 degrees with the movement of the chain, the empty bucket is pulled out of the bucket base by the bucket cylinder and turned down with the bucket rack, and then the bucket is turned upside down by the pushing cylinder to put the empty bucket in the filling Waiting for filling on the conveyor belt of the machine.
After the sterilized empty barrel reaches the filling position, the filling valve is pushed by the air cylinder to extend into the mouth of the barrel, the filling pump turns on the filling, the filling time is set by the PLC, and the multi-function button on the panel can be used to modify the filling according to the liquid level Time to reach the location.
After the filling is completed, the full barrel is sent to the capping station by the conveyor belt, and the bottle cap is automatically put on the barrel mouth when passing the capping station on the way. After the capping is completed, it is output through the conveyor chain and enters the post-packaging process.
