Description of 450BPH 3 in 1 Water bottling machine for 5 Gallon Barrel / Bottle
1. Suitable for the filling of 3-5 gallons of pure water, mineral water and spring water, the output is 450 barrels per hour, our other specifications and models are: QGF-150, QGF-300, QGF-600, QGF-900, QGF -1200, QGF-1500, QGF-2400, etc.
2. Production process: feeding barrel delivery → automatic capping machine → automatic external brushing machine → QGF host (including automatic barreling, washing, filling, capping, capping) → light box → automatic sleeve labeling machine → steam telescopic furnace → Coding machine→automatic bagging machine→code library machine→finished product.
3. PLC programmable system control, integrated management, high automation program, only need 1-3 people to complete the operation from water to finished product.
The machine is an integrated machine for flushing, filling and capping. It adopts cylinder pressure capping, the valve has CAP backflow function, and the lid is designed for one hour output and the display of flushing pressure.
The emachine has compact structure, high working efficiency, stable and reliable, sensitive and correct action, and high degree of automation. It is a trinity automatic barreling equipment of machine and electrical.
