Semi-Automatic Room Temperature Bonding Machine is a precision device for Wafer-Level or Chip-Level bonding. Mechanical pressure + surface activation technology enables permanent bonding between materials at room temperature (20-30 ° C) without high temperatures or additional adhesives.
