Description
These wafer carriers are also known as coin shippers. They comprise of three parts: base, spider spring and locking cap. The inside of the base is concave to ensure that the wafers are held at the edges only. The spider spring holds the wafer in place once the cap is locked to the base. Available in sizes of 1” to 6” or equivalent 25 to 150mm diameter which a choice of two materials:

These high quality wafer carrier trays are specifically designed for storage, transport and handling of semiconductor wafers, glass wafers or other delicate flat objects. Made from either natural or conductive black polypropylene material and available in sizes from 1" to 6" with maximum grip, minimum contact and minimum pressure. The wafer or disc carriers have a conical base to support the wafers at the edges only. The wafers are held in place and secured by a spider spring and locking cap.

ZMSH single wafer shippers are available for 2.5", 2", 1.5", and 1" wafers. Conical pocket holds one wafer facedown contacting only the wafer’s edges. Spring retain wafer and minimizes particle generation. They are stackable for efficient use of storage space. Loose or lock stacking, either tray on tray or cover on tray. They also have convenient screw on covers and the large area on cover provides space for labeling.
