Overview
High temperature brazing furnace is welcomed by the industries of automobile, aviation, diesel engine, air conditioning and so on.
It is used for brazing and bright heat treatment of stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, ceramic parts .
Advantages
Muffle can be effecitive for one and half years under normal condition (1120℃) and 3 years under the condition of lower temperatures (less than 950℃).
Cooling muffle ensures the brazing parts without oxidation and show bright, clean and shiny results.
Very high temperature accuracy and uniformity are ensured by Individual Continuous Variable Control System (ICVC). The furnace temperature can fluctuatebetween±1℃.
Both the furnace and operators' safety are guaranteed by the antomatic control system and its safety programm.
Features
1.The line type mesh furnace main used for mass process of small machine parts,such as:standard parts,bearings, chains, screws, needles,etc.
2.The furnace could achieve the whole heat treatment in one production,such as:heating,normalizing,annealing and quenching, carburizing and nitriding in protect atmosphere.
3.The lining use the full-fiber refractory .This kind of refractory material is lighter and more effective.
4.The strong fan could make strong wind to make the temperature uniformity in the lining.
5.The automatic control system make the production easier and more economical.
