This kind of furnace consists of pre-heating section, heating insulation section, cooling section, heat exchanger, gas heating system, mesh belt transmission mechanism, gas path system, water cooling system and control system.
Features
Muffle is effective for longer period, because heat resistant stainless steel plate containing rare earth elements produced by Outokumpu Group is adopted.
The heating furnace adopts refractory lining with high thermal insulation performance and accurate burner control system to ensure the temperature uniformity in the furnace and the heat exchanger recycle the waste heat to improvet the thermal efffiency and save the energy.
