Overview
The high temperature furnace uses silver and copper, which are used as brazing soldering materials for continuous brazing of iron parts in the industries of automobile, diesel engine, aero-space & aviation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas water heater, electron and microwave magnetic control tube, etc.
Features
Muffle adopts high temperature heat resistant steel plate, and uses special brazing technology, in general it works 1.5 years under normal condition in 1120℃ and 3 years under the lower temperatures circumstance, generally less than 950℃
The heat exchanger is located in the cooling section, which increases cooling speed.
The lining materials from overseas reduce the energy consumption effectively.
The mesh belt material adopts special high temperature alloy with long service life.
Continuous production, high working temperature, stable gas composition, bright surface treatment parts, small deformation
Using microcomputer control digital display instrument with PID adjustment, high precision temperature control, easy to control process parameters
