Vacuum quenching furnace can be divided into vacuum oil quenching furnace and vacuum gas quenching furnace.
Vacuum oil quenching furnace is widely used for die steel, spring steel, stainless steel, bearing steel, high temperature alloy steel vacuum heat treatment. Its main features are: wide application, high hardenability, low cost, quenching oil can be reused. Its disadvantages are: larger deformation, oil pollution, the workpiece need to clean after quenching.
Vacuum oil quenching furnace has two-chamber furnace and three-chamber furnace.
High-pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace is widely used for high-speed steel, stainless steel, die steel and other materials with good hardenability vacuum heat treatment. Its main features are: small deformation, no pollution, no need to clean after quenching. Its disadvantages are: quenching gas can not be recycled, high cost.
High pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace has horizontal and vertical types. Horizontal can be divided into single chamber, double chambers, three chambers and so on. Vertical type is suitable for treating ring shape, cylindrical or long rod shape heat treatment. High pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace quenching pressure is generally from 6bar~20bar.

High-speed and high-pressure fans and high-efficiency copper-copper heat exchangers achieve rapid cooling.
Alternate cooling method achieves uniform cooling and ensures minimal deformation of the workpiece.
The cooling pressure and wind speed of the locomotive are adjustable to achieve graded cooling.
The vertical furnace adopts screw drive, which is flexible, safe and reliable.
Optional graphite or all-metal heating chamber.
Optional fully intelligent industrial computer control and a manual operating system are available, which are easy to learn, understand and operate.
