Of course, the shortcomings are more obvious: the hand feel is hard, the weft elasticity is not obvious after adding spandex, the number of colors is not many, it is not suitable for small batch production, and it is not suitable for finishing to give more characteristics to the fabric. By adjusting the thickness of the raw materials and the machine density, and by changing the dyeing method, cotton/polyester imitation denim can reach the level of yarn-dyed denim in terms of shade, style and texture. At the same time, the above-mentioned shortcomings of cotton denim can be completely overcome by adjusting the processing flow and process conditions during the dyeing and finishing process of cotton/polyester imitation denim.
