1. Singeing through two positive and two reverse singeing, so that the surface of the fabric is smooth and clean, the texture is clear, and it is not easy to stick to dust.
2. Desizing, scouring and bleaching through the open-width continuous desizing, scouring and bleaching process, so that the fabric has better wool effect and whiteness, providing a good basic guarantee for printing and dyeing.
3. The purpose of mercerizing is to obtain durable and good gloss, enhance the printing and dyeing absorption capacity, and stabilize the size.
4. There are ordinary sanding and carbon sanding. The carbon sanding can achieve short and dense fluff on the cloth surface, thick and delicate hand feeling.
5. Dyeing According to the quantity and color of different orders, different dyeing processes are used. There are three common ones, long car dyeing, vat dyeing and cold dyeing. The dyeing can meet the color requirements specified by the customer.
6. After finishing, it can be shrunk through stenting and shaping to meet the requirements of various physical and chemical indicators.
7. Inspection of finished products This is the most important part, and the finished products can only be shipped after passing strict inspections.
