Dyeing method of suit wool (Common Sense 2)
There are three main methods for dyeing wool: fiber dyeing, yarn dyeing and fabric dyeing.Fiber dyeing include Flannel (Flano, Flannel) and Palace;The wool dyed with this yarn includes: tweed, scent, Roosevelt；Fabric dyeing is dyed in a fabric way, also called piece dyeing. The chocolate dyed above is also piece dyed.This dyeing method is suitable for monochromatic fabrics and has a very wide range of applications, such as: gabardine, Melton, uniforms, vanidad, etc... etc.
1.Fiber dyeing
The wool using this dyeing method is like flannel, paris, etc.
2. Palace
Palis also dyes some of the tops first, and then blends them with the original color tops. In this way, the surface is spread with uniform white spots and criss-crossing and faint rain silk stripes.
Flannel is mostly twill fabric, while Palis is generally plain weave, which is a light variety woven with combed wool yarn.
The color is mainly medium gray, light gray, and light beige. The texture is light and thin, and it is strong and stain resistant.
Mostly used for men's and women's suits, dual-use shirts, long and short trousers, etc.
