Description:
1.The fume extractor has eally effective intelligent “filter element blockage alarm” function gives an acousto-optic alarm immediately upon filter element blockage.
2. The solder fume extractor is corrosion-resistant, environment-friendly and durable, with replaceable independent filters which can reduce the production cost.
3. The fume extractor is equipped with remote control, the operator can control the machine from a distance.
4. The fume extractor has a triple-filter system design.
1) Pre-Filter: the large-size pad filter can filter large particles of dust
2) Middle Filter: it filters the bigger powders for prolonging the main filter's life.
3) Main Filter: it includes HEPA (high efficiency) filter and gas filter. The HEPA cleans the gas and powders filtering from the pre-filter and then carry them to the gas filter. which with the carbon and other chemical combination, filters off the deleterious substance and then outputs the clean air.
5.The fume extractor has excellent purify effect with four-stage purification design: filtering step by step enables harmful smoke to be better purified. Even for objects at least 8 times smaller than PM2.5, the purification rate can reach up to 99.97%.
