Operation specification
1. Do not push the lifting handle to the "falling position" during full load lifting.
If this operation error occurs, the trailer will be suddenly rushed down, even bring a great impact to the frame, and cause an accident. Therefore, the above operation should be avoided as far as possible. In case of special circumstances, it is also necessary to operate carefully, slow down the landing speed as far as possible, and avoid crashing the carriage to the bottom.
2. Do not accelerate or decelerate suddenly when unloading.
Due to the large inertia force of the truck (generally 5~20 times of the rated lifting force), it is very easy to cause the permanent deformation of the frame, the opening welding of the truck and the truck frame, fuel pump or destroy the sealing ring, destroy the hydraulic cylinder and other damage, the service life of the truck is reduced,it will also appear the accident of rolling over when more serious situation happen. So generally dump trucks are not allowed to lift when driving.
3. The dump truck must take off the force extractor before run after unloading the cargo.
If this operation error occurs, when the dump truck is running, the force retractor is in the "engagement" position, and the lift pump will operate at high speed and without load for a long time under the state of "small circulation". Causes the hydraulic oil temperature rise quickly, easy to cause the damage of oil pump seal, even occurs the phenomenon of oil pump "burn to death".More seriously, the operation of the oil pump means that the hydraulic system has a power source, which makes it easy for the truck to rise automatically in the process of driving.
4. The force extractor shall not be located in the "on" position during driving.
If in the "on" state (the red light is on), the oil pump will continue to operate and the hydraulic system will have a power source, which will cause the carrier to lift automatically due to a wrong operation on the pneumatic control valve. At this time, even if the air control distribution valve in the "down" position, oil will enter the pump, so that the pump will burn out.
